The Alpine Meadow Beginners area will OPEN from 9am this mooring, all upper-mountain lift facilities are currently ON HOLD due to strong winds. These winds have eased slightly and expected to ease further. This will be constantly assessed and updated accordingly.
Turoa is turning the slopes pink for The New Zealand Breast Cancer Foundation! Place your bids to win a pink breakfast and 2 hour private lesson with two of the top male instructors in our Silent Auction (Bidding starts Weds and ends Fri 3pm) On Saturday: Get your photo in the pink frame at various locations around Turoa. Dust off your togs and get ready to race! The Bikini Downhill event, open to everyone young old, skier, snowboarder, in bikini or otherwise. The race will start at 10am and the course will remain open for 2 hours. This year, we are proud to announce the event is being sponsored by Tongariro River Rafting. 100% of the $5 entry fee is donated to NZBCF and spot prizes are up for grabs.
