How much more skiing & riding?

As I look out the window here in Christchurch, New Zealand. The blossoms are starting to colour the trees, the days are getting longer and warmer so it must be spring. For most people spring is greeted with a sense of joy and anticipation. For skiers and riders it’s a bag of mixed emotions. Sure we love the extra daylight and even the warmer days to be fair. But, and it’s a big but. It means we have to face the reality that the snow season is coming to an end.

It’s been a mixed old bag of tricks really. A not bad start in early June followed by quite frankly tropical weather then a slow cool down. Two or three big snow dumps and that was it.
